Ryane Meralli holds a PhD in law and is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. She joined Carler in 1997 where, as a partner, she manages cases relating to the law of intellectual and industrial property.
Today she supports a varied clientele, whose development mainly depends on the digital economy and information systems. Her main areas of work are in cases relating to the law on trademarks, designs, models and patents, literary and artistic property law and ICT law. She has a loyal and varied clientele in the new technology sector, fashion, cosmetics, human resources, finance, banking and architecture, who particularly value her expertise and willingness to help.
Ryane Meralli speaks fluent English and is passionate about contemporary art: she chairs the association supporting contemporary artists, Art Option, (artoption.org), set up in 2001 to represent the interests of visual artists.
She teaches at CELSA (school of advanced studies in information and communication science) at the University of Poitiers.
