The Intellectual and Industrial Property Law department is run by a Partner, who is a former Industrial-Property counsel and an experienced lawyer.

This department deals with Trademark and Copyright Law, literary and artistic Property Law, Cyberspace Law, Architectural law and derivative rights.

The partner in charge of the department is also the president of a well-known association which supports contemporary young artists.
