The Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions department consists of a Partner, and 3 lawyers specialised in corporate, contracts, labour and tax laws.
This department provides in particular the following services:

• Establishment of foreign groups and enterprises in France,
• Organisation and restructuring of groups on a Europe-wide scale,
• Venture-Capital transactions (LBO, MBI, BUILD UP..),
• Negotiation of sale/acquisition transactions,
• International partnerships.
